Laura brings 20+ years of extensive domestic and global HR leadership experience for Fortune 500 organizations in the US and Latam. She has held Senior Managing roles, most recently at Mastercard and Xerox.

Laura has designed and led talent & leadership initiatives to promote organizational change and improve team dynamics.

As an Executive and Career Coach, Laura has been impacting performance & productivity by guiding leaders in developing critical skills, assisting new and emerging leaders in integrating into organizations, conducting individual and team assessments, and accelerating Leader's readiness.

Throughout her HR career, Laura witnessed how coaching is the best strategy for accelerating results and achieving excellent performance. Laura is a founding member of inhouse.coach, a platform committed to broadly extending the benefits of Coaching to many organizations. In her role, she contributes to developing a leadership and well-being strategy to support companies in their efforts to achieve a better workplace, sustain great results, improve performance, and reduce attrition.
